„Początkujący polski fotograf poza granicami Polski” to nazwa projektu ale też warsztatów z zakresu tworzenia fotografii, zorganizowanych przez naszą fundację w minionym 2023 roku. Szkolenie prowadzone przez Mariusza Pyża zgromadziło łącznie 30 osób zainteresowanych tajnikami zawodowej fotografii oraz nagrań video. Młodzi pasjonaci zapoznali się nie tylko z teorią ale mieli także możliwość praktycznego uczestnictwa w zajęciach. Prowadzący szkolenie zapoznawał swoich słuchaczy z zagadnieniami tworzenia kompozycji, doboru oświetlenia oraz perspektywy. Drugiego dnia warsztaty przybrały formę profesjonalnej sesji zdjęciowej, gdzie na bieżąco analizie poddawane były wytwory cyfrowe uczestników.
W ocenie wszystkich osób zainteresowanych zagadnieniem tego typu projekty dają szansę polskiej mniejszości, mieszkającej na Litwie na zdobycie profesjonalnej wiedzy pomocnej w rozwijaniu ich ścieżki zawodowej. Niezaprzeczalną wartością jest możliwość kontaktu z językiem ojczystym, również w aspekcie słownictwa specjalistycznego.
Wielkim atutem wspomnianego wydarzenia była także możliwość przeprowadzenia szkoleń w profesjonalnych studiach fotograficznych (Brazzi fotostudio, Spring photorental) w Wilnie. Każdy z uczestników mógł korzystać ze specjalistycznego sprzętu foto/video.
Wielkim wkładem było również zaangażowanie wolontariuszki p. Anny Borkovskiej, która wykonała fotorelację wydarzenia. Wcześniej przygotowała również zaproszenia oraz włączyła się w promocję w Internecie. Krótki minireportaż podsumowujący projekt, ukazał się też mediach społecznościowych , na facebookowym profilu fundacji oraz tik-toku.
Młodzi fotografowie-amatorzy pozostawili ślad w postaci swoich prac, których jakość została oceniona bardzo wysoko. Utworzyły się również sieci kontaktów społecznych oraz zawodowych pomiędzy uczestnikami. Mogą być one pomocne w ich wzajemnej współpracy na dalszej drodze zawodowej.
Wiedza, praktyka, wymiana doświadczeń oto trzy kluczowe filary warsztatów, które miejmy nadzieję, zostaną reaktywowane w przyszłości.
